We shall not bear any legal liability for package loss, damage, delay, misdelivery after the order is scanned and shipped by the logistics carrier.
All carrier-related claims, compensation and dispute settlements shall be handled directly between buyer and logistics company; we only provide auxiliary tracking assistance.
2. Force Majeure & Non-Guaranteed Delivery Time
Estimated US delivery transit times are predictive reference only, not legally guaranteed delivery deadlines.
We are exempt from all legal liability for shipping delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, holiday logistics congestion, customs inspections, regional traffic control and other uncontrollable objective factors.
Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Thanksgiving) may extend delivery cycles without additional liability for the store.
3. Address Compliance & Buyer Legal Obligations
Customers are legally obligated to provide accurate, complete and valid US residential delivery addresses.
We bear no legal responsibility for undeliverable, returned, lost packages caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, invalid PO Box / APO/FPO address information provided by buyers.
Returned packages due to buyer address error: buyer shall bear all round-trip shipping fees and secondary reshipment costs; store reserves the right to deduct original shipping fees when processing refunds.
4. Prohibited Items & U.S. Federal Shipping Laws
All shipments strictly comply with U.S. federal transportation safety laws, USPS/UPS prohibited item regulations.
We refuse to ship restricted, dangerous, controlled goods prohibited by U.S. customs and logistics laws.
If buyer-ordered goods violate U.S. import & transportation laws, resulting in package detention, confiscation or fines, all legal responsibilities and economic losses shall be borne solely by the buyer.
5. Damage, Lost Package Legal Settlement Rules
Buyer must provide valid photo evidence of damaged goods within 48 hours after package receipt to apply for carrier compensation.
For long-term untracked & lost packages: we assist buyers to file official claims with USPS/UPS in accordance with carrier legal procedures.
Store does not undertake advance compensation for lost/damaged parcels; final compensation amount is subject to official judgment of logistics carrier.
6. Warranty Disclaimer & UCC Compliance
All goods are sold under "as-is" basis, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for specific purpose permitted by U.S. Uniform Commercial Code.
We are not legally liable for indirect losses, incidental losses, emotional damages and derivative economic losses caused by shipping problems.
