Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All US orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Holiday sales, peak seasons & high-volume orders may extend processing to 2–3 business days.
- We do not process & ship orders on weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and other official US holidays.
2. US Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (USPS / UPS Ground)
- Standard Ground Shipping: $5.99 flat rate | Transit time: 3–7 business days to all contiguous US states
- Free Standard Shipping: All US orders over $75 USD qualify for free ground shipping
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate | Transit time: 2–3 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Additional $8.99 surcharge, delivery: 7–12 business days
- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
3. Shipping Fees & Additional Charges
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight, location and shipping option.
- No hidden handling, packaging or fuel surcharges.
- Oversized/heavy items may apply extra shipping fees, clearly shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking & Shipment Notification
- Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with unique tracking number.
- You can track package status via USPS/UPS official website at any time.
- Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update after label generated.
5. Delayed, Lost & Damaged Packages
- Delivery delays may happen due to weather, carrier capacity, holiday congestion & natural disasters, we are not liable for carrier-caused delaysShopify.
- If package shows lost / missing for over 10 business days, contact us immediately to file carrier claim.
- Damaged items upon delivery: Please take photos of package & damaged goods within 48 hours, we arrange reshipment or full refund accordingly.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers must provide accurate, complete US shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong/invalid address.
- Undeliverable & returned packages: Buyer pays re-shipping fee to resend; or we process full refund minus original shipping cost.
7. Customs & International Notes
This policy only applies to United States domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time. No customs duties or import taxes apply to US domestic orders.
